to register for subsequent classes.
The following immunizations are required of every student
born on or after January 1, 1957

physician documentation of measles disease, or a blood test showing
immunity. Immunizations prior to January 1, 1968 must be documented

FLU VACCINATIONS
Flu vaccinations are available at a one-day clinic sponsored by
the Student Health Center during the Fall semester. Some insurances
are accepted for payment. For those not accepted, the cost is $15
and required at the time of the clinic. The date and time of the
clinic will be posted well in advance.
HEALTH INSURANCE
All students are encouraged to carry adequate illness and accident
insurance coverage during their college years. This is necessary
to cover hospitalization, ER visits, X-rays and lab tests, doctor
visits, prescriptions, and ambulance costs. Resident students and
their parents are encouraged to check their policies for coverage
while away from home.
Students who need to purchase health insurance can enroll in the
plan offered to Medaille students through Niagara National Inc.
Brochures explaining the policy can be obtained from the Student
Health Center and the Student Affairs Office.
Students already enrolled in this plan can visit the claims
office website at www.sas-mn.com to download claim forms.
