Campus Clubs & Organizations
If writing and photography interest you, you may want
to join the staff of The Perspective, the campus newspaper; the
Prelude, our poetry anthology; and the Medallion, the yearbook.
If broadcasting is your area, become a member of WMCB-AM, the College
radio station; or the on-campus television studio operated throughthe
Media/Communications program.
Medaille has Alpha Chi, the national honor society,
and a number of academic program clubs such as the Child and Youth
Services Club, Health and Human Services Club, Media Club, TEACH,
Government and History Club, Veterinary Technology Club, among others.
The College's Students Against Destructive Decisions
(S.A.D.D.) chapter has provided campus leadership in the areas of
alcohol and drug awareness. Medaille students have established the
Student Volunteer Center (SVC), which promotes volunteer activities
on and off-campus. SVC has been involved in the National Clean Up
For Hunger program, Toys For Tots, and other worthy causes.
Wherever your interests lie - all clubs and activities are great
ways to interact with students and faculty in and out of your field
of study.
